Congressman Jack Kingston (R/GA-1) will appear on FOX News’ Your World with Neil Cavuto TODAY at 4:12 p.m. (eastern) to discuss his ongoing efforts to bring more transparency and accountability to President Obama’s specially-appointed czars.  For more information, check your local listings or click here.

Later today, Congressman Kingston will introduce legislation that will withhold funding from any of these czars unless they are confirmed by the U.S. Senate as outlined in Article II, Section 2 of the U.S. Constitution.  With as many as 34 czars implementing the President’s policies on a variety of issues ranging from executive compensation to climate change, Congressman Kingston believes that these czars should be held accountable to the U.S. Congress.  As we watch Judge Sotomayor go through the confirmation process, shouldn’t these czars be held to the same level of accountability?
