Congressman Jack Kingston (R-GA) and Georgia State Representative Alex Atwood (R-Brunswick) today announced that Brunswick-based International Auto Logistics has been awarded a contract for the transportation, maintenance, and storage of vehicles owned by military and State Department personnel stationed abroad. The contract is valued at more than $300 million and was awarded by the United States Transportation Command.

“This is a critical service for those who dedicate themselves to serving our country abroad,” said Kingston. “It is also a great benefit to our local economy which supports jobs throughout the region. I commend IAL and its many employees for their continued excellence.”

"IAP has long been a great corporate citizen here in Brunswick and the Golden Isles, a company known and recognized as a premier leader in this field,” said Atwood. “This contract will greatly assist many of the citizens of my district and the recovery of our local economy.  I could not be happier!"

IAL is a wholly-owned subsidiary of International Auto Processing, a company proficient in the provision of preparation services for international automobile manufacturers.  As an integral part of the local economy, IAP remains a commercial fixture in Georgia and an important asset for job creation in the Southeast.
