Congressman Jack Kingston (R-GA) signs Christmas cards for soldiers as part of the American Red Cross’ “Holiday Mail for Heroes” program. The program, now in its third year, allows Americans to send Christmas cards to active duty service members and veterans across the nation and abroad.
