Agriculture
Agriculture is the backbone of our nation's economy and is one of Georgia's largest single economic sectors. Our state produces valuable exports of peanuts, cotton and a wide variety of other crops.
As Ranking Member of the House Agriculture Appropriations Subcommittee, I've worked to advance agricultural research, the production of American-made energy and to ensure a safe, abundant food supply.
